Good for attractions, delivery slow

I purchased the 3-Day Istanbul Pass for my trip. It saved us money on the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace tours, which was great. The digital guidebook was useful. My main issue was the delivery of the pass; it took almost two days to get the activation email after I paid. Customer service did eventually help, but it was a bit stressful waiting.

Reliable as always

This was my third time getting a pass from them. I went with the 4-Day Istanbul Pass this time. Same good experience as before. The Blue Mosque Guided Tour was informative, and getting the Sabiha Gokcen Airport Transfer bundled in was super convenient. Always consistent service, which is why I keep coming back.

I got the 5-Day Istanbul Pass and it was fantastic! The Bosphorus Dinner Cruise was a highlight and getting into the Basilica Cistern without waiting was amazing. I definitely recommend this to everyone visiting Istanbul!

I received the confirmation email fairly quickly, within a few hours, with instructions on how to activate the pass. We used it for the Dolmabahce Palace Tour and the Princes Islands Boat Trip. Both were easy to book through their portal once the pass was active. The skip-the-line feature worked well for us at most places. I also appreciated the WhatsApp Traveler Support; I had a small question about public transport and they responded within an hour. The digital guidebook was a nice extra, though I mainly used my own research. Only minor point is that some of the attraction times listed in the guide weren't perfectly up-to-date, but it wasn't a big deal.
